Beginner Core Blast 101

A beginner-friendly core workout designed to strengthen your midsection without overwhelming you. This low-impact circuit uses controlled movements to help you build stability and body awareness from the inside out.

What You’ll Need:

Total Body Burn 101

This full-body session blends strength, balance, and functional movement using just a mat and a sturdy chair or stool. A great option when you want to feel challenged without needing extra equipment.

Sculpt & Tone Workouts

Grab your resistance bands, dumbbells, and a mat. These workouts are designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and challenge your endurance using minimal equipment. (Check individual video descriptions for what’s used in each class.)

Band It: Full Body 101

Sculpt and strengthen your entire body with this resistance-based workout. We’ll use both long and booty bands to challenge your muscles in every direction while keeping things low-impact and accessible.

What You’ll Need:

  • Yoga mat

  • Resistance band (long)

  • Booty band (short)


Sculpt & Lift 101

A full-body dumbbell workout designed to help you build strength, improve muscle tone, and feel confident using weights at home. This session combines upper and lower body movements in a balanced, beginner-friendly format.

  • Dumbbells

  • Yoga mat

  • Booty Band & Resistance Band
