We begin by getting organized. You’ll complete your intake form, identify goals, and take baseline measurements. I’ll walk you through setting up your tracking app and guide you on logging meals and progress photos—so we can create a strategy built around you.


WEEK 2: Nutrition Strategy & Setup

We’ll review your tracking, set macro goals, and integrate them into your app. You’ll get access to training resources and start building meal confidence. We’ll also set your first habit goals and schedule your next video check-in for continued momentum.


WEEKS 3–5: Implementation, Accountability & Adjustment

This is where change happens. You’ll follow your plan while checking in through the app. I’ll help you stay on track with your macros, navigate hunger or emotional eating cues, and make small tweaks to keep progress moving—all with flexibility and support.


WEEK 6: Progress Review & Next Steps

We’ll reflect on your wins—both visible and behind the scenes. We’ll compare your photos and metrics, check in on energy, digestion, and confidence, and map out your next steps to keep the momentum going.
